Full day culinary tour

In the morning, a ride takes you to a local Market, where you will start discovering the huge variety of flavors & enjoy the colorful displays of Peruvian food. You experience different fishes and sea fruit demonstration. Then we learn how to prepare ceviche. Then you drive towards the best local seafood restaurant and you will have a masterly presentation of Ceviche. After this experience you visit a Pisco tavern and cellar in which you will learn how to prepare a Pisco Sour and other Peruvian cocktails. Here you have the chance to taste our famous national drink, the Pisco in different presentations. Before going back to your hotel to relax you taste the traditional “Anticuchos” and enjoy our sweet “Picarones”
